Domestic Shipping Policy
 
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Delivery delays may occur due to carrier problems.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once the item(s) is received by the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

7th Street Salvage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

 7th Street Salvage​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

International Shipping Policy
 
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURN POLICY

At 7th Street Salvage, we do not offer refunds.  However, we will allow customers to bring back items and be given a credit toward a similar item.  For example, if you purchase a door from us, then subsequently return it, a credit will be given towards to another door.  

In order to return items for like-item credit, the purchased item must return to 7th Street Salvage in the same condition as it was at time of purchase.  If new item is more expensive than credit, customer is responsible for the difference.  If new item is less expensive than credit, the customer understands that the unused credit is forfeited.

We accept cash, check, and credit cards at our brick and mortar store.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

At this time we only have wholesale pricing for candles available.  All other items in our store are not available via wholesale.  If you are a reseller, we do honor tax-exemptions if allowed by your state.
